Microsoft Announces New AI Feature: Recall

Privacy Concerns and Adjustments

This prompted Microsoft to halt its initial launch plans. In response to these concerns, the company made key adjustments to the feature, including making it optional for Windows 11 users. Click to Do Feature
The new Click to Do feature enables seamless integration across various Windows tools. This function simplifies workflows by reducing the need to switch between applications. For instance, if a user wants to take a screenshot of an image on a webpage, Click to Do can automatically activate the Snipping Tool, streamlining the process.
Rollout of New Features
As of April, the Recall feature, improved Windows Search, and Click to Do will be included in the Windows non-security preview update for Copilot+ PCs. Following this initial rollout, these features are expected to be gradually released starting in May.
