Presenting Our Customer Zero Experience at the Microsoft 365 Community Conference

Engaging with Microsoft Experts
Microsoft invites customers and representatives from Fortune 500 companies to engage with its Digital team via virtual discussions. This initiative allows participants to learn directly from experts about their experiences and insights regarding Microsoft 365 Copilot.
Insights from the Microsoft 365 Copilot Deployment
The Microsoft Digital team has successfully led the rollout of Microsoft 365 Copilot, impacting over 300,000 employees and contractors. Stephan Kerametlian, who manages business programs, has been at the forefront of this initiative. His focus is on integrating Copilot into everyday use within the organization. In an upcoming fireside chat at the Microsoft 365 Community Conference, he will share the journey of deploying Copilot alongside Karuana Gatimu, a director in the Microsoft 365 Customer Advocacy team.
“Our employees have absolutely been loving Copilot,” Kerametlian states. “We have been focused on building daily habits with Copilot, which have been growing steadily since launch—our people have been responding very well once we show them what they can do with Copilot.”

Supporting Neurodivergent Employees
Kerametlian will also collaborate with governance expert David Johnson to discuss how Microsoft is transforming its workplace for neurodivergent employees. Johnson, a principal PM architect at Microsoft, plans to discuss how employees can share and create tools within Copilot while maintaining governance and compliance. He emphasizes the need for creative freedom balanced with protective measures:
“We want our employees to be creative, to try new things, to push the envelope with Copilot and fully leverage our productivity services,” Johnson says.

Modernizing Conference Rooms

This effort aims to facilitate a seamless experience for employees joining meetings, regardless of their location.
Sam Albert, principal product manager, and Roy Sherry, principal technical program manager, are leading these initiatives. They will present how an AI-powered, cost-effective approach—known as Express Install—helps transform meeting rooms, ensuring inclusivity for all attendees.
